Terms of Service

By accessing or using ResumeAgent ("the Service"), operated by ResumeAgent ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ResumeAgent is an AI-powered job search assistant that helps users monitor job listings, receive match scores, and get resume tailoring suggestions. The Service does not apply to jobs on your behalf — you maintain full control over every application.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including resumes and personal information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service provides AI-generated resume tailoring suggestions. These suggestions are recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before they are applied to your resume. We do not guarantee that our suggestions will result in job interviews or offers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or fabricated content to your resume.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by ResumeAgent and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
